| Dance Class Payment Due Dates:
For Dance Students only: - Payments are due before class on the first lesson of each month. - Payments not made on the due dates, the student will be asked to sit out the class. - A $25.00 late fee will be added to any account not paid in full by the due dates. - No refunds for missed class. Fees will be applied to make-up class. - All checks for dance classes should be made to: Anne’s Dance Studio LLC |
